its 10:35pm, tuesday evening. *(japarkansas signing in)* Jessica and I have made a pack to go to bed on time this month...with hope it will turn into a habit after. we both continually find ourselves staying up all wee hours of the night doing nothing of course then wondering why we are so drained the next day. common sense and a bit of deduction led us to the conclusion that sleeping may just help that problem. however, two days in I am still finding myself more energetic the later it gets. it is funny how quickly my to-do lists get completed if I wait until 9pm to start. I am just so lethargic after school. pathetic I know. but watch out spring...because everything changes with the sun out.
tomorrow is a BIG day for the matsubabies. we have all struggled with our re-contracting decision. after holding onto our contracts for four months we are turning them into the boe tomorrow--we are all staying for at least one more year in uki! that means great things for the blog world. yall just wait. ha.
i learned a bit of sign language monday at toyokawa elementary school. there is a boy in second grade who has a deaf sister. we showed each other the alphabets and I have to admit his was a lot cooler! I learned a few key signs...Shannon is going to make a video to post of herself doing my favorite, onsen.
one more thing, am I really oozing france? everywhere I go in this country people think I am french. it's getting a bit out of hand. again last night a man approached me speaking french and was so disappointed to discover that not only was I not french, I couldn't speak french either. the nerve!
